- Our most comprehensive plan with premium benefits.
- Includes 4 retainers per year (2 upper + 2 lower)
- Additional retainers available at the same discounted rate:
- $34 each | $68 for both upper and lower
- Complimentary annual 3D digital scan – no messy impressions
- Includes 1 annual take-home whitening syringe

Note: Each retainer includes one upper or one lower appliance. Plan coverage ends at the maximum number of retainers or the end of the plan’s duration, whichever comes first. Unused benefits do not roll over. Patients may renew their plan at a 10% discount off the current rate once it expires.
