These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and the text message program offered by Elite Orthodontics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Use of This Site
The content on this Site is provided for general information only and is not medical or orthodontic advice. Always consult with our orthodontist about your specific needs. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
SMS / Text Message Terms
Program description. Elite Orthodontics offers two types of text messages. You may opt in to either, both, or neither, and you do not need to agree to receive text messages to become a patient or to request an appointment.
- Informational messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, patient care follow-ups, and replies to your questions.
- Marketing messages: promotions, special offers, events, and practice news.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the matching text message consent box on one of our website forms and submitting your mobile phone number. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with our office.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. You can also contact our office to opt out.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at 301.262.8500.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or our text message program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
