Standard Plan — $499

  • Perfect for maintaining your results with essential retainer coverage.
  • Includes 2 retainers per year (1 upper + 1 lower)
  • Additional retainers available at discounted rates:
  • $34 each | $69 for both upper and lower
  • Digital 3D scan: $50 (if a new scan is required)
  • Covers up to 8 retainers total (4 upper + 4 lower) or 4 years, whichever comes first
  • Whitening not included

Elite Plan — $799

or two payments of $399.50

  • Our most comprehensive plan with premium benefits.
  • Includes 4 retainers per year (2 upper + 2 lower)
  • Additional retainers available at the same discounted rate:
  • $34 each | $68 for both upper and lower
  • Complimentary annual 3D digital scan – no messy impressions
  • Includes 1 annual take-home whitening syringe
  • Enjoy 10% off future aligner refinements or touch-ups
  • Covers up to 20 retainers total (10 upper + 10 lower)
  • Valid for 5 years

Note: Each retainer includes one upper or one lower appliance. Plan coverage ends at the maximum number of retainers or the end of the plan’s duration, whichever comes first. Unused benefits do not roll over. Patients may renew their plan at a 10% discount off the current rate once it expires.
